How lead times work
Lead times are estimated after checking product availability, branding requirements and artwork readiness.
A product may be available, but branding can still require additional production time depending on the selected method and production queue.
Quote stage
During the quote stage, Lilly White checks products, quantities, sizes, colours, branding positions, setup fees, unit branding costs and artwork requirements.
This step helps avoid incorrect pricing, unsuitable branding choices or unrealistic delivery promises.
Artwork approval
Production can only proceed once artwork, logo placement, branding method and layout details are approved.
Any delay in providing or approving artwork can affect the final delivery date.
Branding production
Different branding methods have different production requirements. Embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, digital transfer and sublimation may each follow a different process.
Large orders, multiple branding positions or mixed-size apparel orders may need additional checking and production time.
Delivery options
Delivery or collection options are confirmed during the quote process. Delivery costs may depend on destination, parcel size, weight and urgency.
Customers should provide complete delivery details, including company name, contact person, phone number and delivery address.
Urgent orders
Urgent orders should be discussed before quote approval. Lilly White will check whether products, artwork approval and branding production can realistically meet the deadline.
Where timelines are too tight, we may suggest alternative products or branding methods.
