Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on the website may be product-only prices unless branding is selected. Final branded quotes depend on quantity, product availability, artwork, branding method, setup fees, unit branding costs and delivery requirements.
A quote is only confirmed once Lilly White has reviewed the request and issued a formal quote or confirmation.
Branding and setup fees
All branding requires setup fees. Setup fees are charged per unique branding setup, based on the same artwork, branding method and branding position.
Unit branding costs are charged per item. Setup fees may be grouped where the same artwork, method and position are shared across sizes or variants.
Artwork requirements
Customers are responsible for supplying suitable artwork, logos or brand files. Vector artwork is preferred for most branding methods.
If supplied artwork is not production-ready, redraw, vector preparation or artwork correction may be required and may be charged separately.
Payment
Orders may require payment, deposit or formal approval before production starts. EFT or bank transfer quote requests can be submitted through the cart quote form.
Production timelines start only after payment, artwork approval and required order details are confirmed.
Stock availability
Product availability can change. Lilly White will confirm availability before final approval or production.
Where a selected product is unavailable, Lilly White may suggest a suitable alternative.
Returns and branded items
Branded, customised or specially ordered items are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed defect or approved issue.
Any issues must be reported as soon as possible after receiving the order.
